This appears to be from About a Boy...but his hair needs to be messier because yes, he looks like Richard Marx. Or maybe a Josh Hartnett.
I apologize, but I never would have pegged him as Hugh Grant. He's got a Sylvester Stallone in the 80's look about him...with the mullet and all.
