Just like that river twistin through a dusty land

Seriously, what is the deal with Cafe Rio? Why does the entire city line up there? The entire day, the line never drops below 20 people. Tonight when I attempted to get Jan a burrito there was literally a 60-person line. It's not even half as good as Barbacoa and yet there's never anyone lined up in there. Or even Chipotle! Someone explain!

MMMMMMMMMM. Cafe Rio.......... I could go for their taco salad with pork...... and their guacamole! Why did you have to mention that place right now?? Now I am craving it. I don't know about everyone else, but I LOVE Cafe Rio and eat there whenever I get the chance....which is never often enough.

One burrito will provide me with three meals. That place is my friend.

Yeah, I'm always up for Cafe Rio or Costa Vida. Chipotle is way too spicy for me. And, I've never heard of Barbacoa. Perhaps if they would expand everywhere like Cafe Rio, they'd have a shot.

I think people cling to Cafe Rio because it's one of the few Utah originals, you know? It's also a great place for new RM's to take the girls they met in Institute on dates because they don't have to worry about a tip and all. It's a cheaper way for them to do the dating thing.
